How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Once you place an order, it will be dispatched the same or next day.

Once dispatched, you will receive an email letting you know your order is on the way to you with a tracking number.

We offer DHL Express Delivery, which will take 1-3 days for for international orders.

This is an estimate, and delivery may take longer during busier periods. You can contact DHL directly for any order issues or tracking enquiries.

Do you offer in-store collections for online orders?

Yes, we do offer in-store collections for online orders. Choose "pickup in store" at checkout.

Your order will be ready to collect within 24 hours.

You must bring a copy of your order confirmation email to collect your purchase.

Help! Something is wrong with my order.

Don’t stress! Please contact us at ted@tedlassostorerichmond.com and we will do our very best to help. Include your order number and reason for contact in your email. We will get back to you within 48 hours.

Can I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order and it has not yet been processed, please contact us, quoting order number and reason for cancellation.

Once processed, orders cannot be adjusted.

You will receive an email to confirm once your order has been cancelled.

Can I add an item to my order later?

No, items cannot be added to an existing order.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes, we ship orders worldwide with DHL Express Delivery.

What payment methods are accepted?

We offer all major debit and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay and Elo.

We also offer Google Pay, PayPal and ShopPay.

Can my delivery or billing address be changed?

Delivery addresses may be changed if the order has not been dispatched yet.

If your order has been dispatched and you need to change your delivery address, it may be possible. This is subject to a charge of £10.

For your financial security, we are unable to make any changes to the billing details after an order has been placed. If you have received an order confirmation, your order will be processed and any incorrect billing address information will not prevent dispatch.

Do I need to pay duties and taxes?

For UK & EU orders, VAT and duties are already payed and displayed at checkout.

For non-UK orders, import duties and taxes will be displayed at checkout, based on the value of the order and the destination country/location. This is all beyond our control as they are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country/location. It is your responsibility for paying these charges.

How should I care for my items?

Please always check the care label on your item(s) before washing any clothes. We also have this information in product descriptions online.

Where can I find a size guide?

We offer a sizing guide for all clothing items and this can be found under each item on our website. Our sizes are unisex and UK-based, so please bear this in mind when choosing your size.

What personalisation do you offer?

We are thrilled to offer jersey personalising, meaning you can get any of the players' names printed on the back, or your own name. We offer this online for new orders and in-store. If you have previously bought a jersey from us and would like to add a name on the back, our jersey personalisation service is also available, in-store only. This offer is only available for jerseys purchased from The Official Ted Lasso Store Richmond - if you bring a jersey bought elsewhere, we will not be able to personalise it from you, sorry.

If ordering online, we strongly encourage you to check the spelling before placing your order to avoid any disappointment. We will only print what has been provided to us in the box at purchase, and cannot guarantee that this can be amended. A maximum of 12 characters is allowed.

What currencies do you offer?

At the moment, we only offer our products in Great British Pounds (£) and Euros (€). At checkout, your total price will automatically convert to your home currency.
